 I made a few changes on the Blog today, it is now easier to navigate and I added a couple of categories. I also made a page with all the links to other Bulldog sites (funstuff, art, breeders, communities, facebookpages etc.).

Check out the new items in the navigationbar on top. It’s still under contruction but I hope you have a look around. Suggestions and tips are always welcome. I hope you like it. Be so kind to leave a comment or leave a note in the guestbook.

    Looks really good! 🙂 I love the Baggy Bulldogs image and the menu. I also love the guestbook. Really great idea there.

    Even without too many further modifications, it still looks like an expert made it. Note that anything below is an individual suggestion and you don’t have to do anything about it. I am a bit of a feedback-freak so please excuse the long response.

    I am not into Social Media so I’ll probably make no use of those as a visitor but supposedly bloggers benefit from ‘going social’ so I guess that’s a good move on your part. 🙂 16.230 liked on Facebook. Wow, good job!

    As far as navigation goes, great job on the menu! As a suggestion, to clean up the sidebar and keep things bundled together, you could look into ways to squeeze the categories and archives up there somehow.
    It might be lots of work though but even filing them into a page named Categories or something where you link and describe what each is about might clean up the space.

    If you are blogging regularly, a replacement for the Archives widget would be the Calendar. In my opinion it looks way nicer and it’s rather unique (let’s be fair, not many of us can make that widget look sexy…at least not me) and is more usable for people that missed posts and don’t have the time to go looking for them. It’d never work on my blog but it might work on yours.

    I think there is no need for the Meta widget as we can’t really use it anyway (and you can log-in from the site). If you wanted it for the RSS, there is a widget for that and you already have it above the header. Just my 2 cents.

    I’ll say it again, I really like that Baggy Bulldog icon. If it’s yours, you could consider moving it under posts as it gives lots of personality to a blog. I see it’s already linked to your about page. Nice!

    I admit not remembering how the blog looked before, part because I have the worst memory and part because I follow way too many blogs to keep track but right now it looks really really good. I don’t mean to offend you with this comment (bad previous experiences when people asked for feedback and they threw virtual potatoes at me after *nervous laugh*), just give some feedback.

    I do not own a bulldog but I like your blog so I stuck around. You provide lots of information without being ‘clinical’ about it. And doggies are awesome. 🙂

    Okay, Imma go now and build an *anti-potato attack* shelter…or just hide under the bed…mhm…
